 For ages 3-6 with a parent and older children with or without a parent.   Parents and kids enjoy yoga together.  It's a fun yoga class that includes yoga postures, music, movement activities, relaxation and crafts. Children and parents will use their imagination to be animals, plants and other things found in nature. Yoga builds strength, flexibility and body awareness.
