The Baltimore Mindful Black Parenting group exists to bring together parents striving to practice mindfulness and awareness in their daily interactions with their children (and others). Meeting up at family friendly venues to get to know each other and share our ideas, practices, etc. are just a few of the activities we can look forward to.
